It is brilliant venue in a lovely location in walking distance to Sants railwaystation, the services it offers are perfect. The twin room is new-fashioned and has central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel TV. The staff is amicable and superfriendly, and the host too. The ambiance is quiet.

Good mood. Traditional, very basic hotel room near the main railway station. Room, shower and a bunk, what else you need. Extremely basic, but in a good way. Time machine to the good old Francisco Franco time. There are several good eateries and big hipermercado very near.
Bathroom, like every bathroom anywhere else in Spain, smells like a dead rat. Bring plenty of booze to kill the smell. The Catalan music channel didnt work pretty well. The hotels a little bit too expensive though..

The rooms were air conditioned and very clean. Hotel Transit is a great place to stay if you will only be in Barcelona for a very short stay and will be traveling through the Barcelona Sants station- which is a very short walk from the hotel.
The staff were not friendly, at all. Also, if you are wanting to come to Barcelona as a tourist- I wouldn't recommend this area- you will basically have to take the metro more into the city center for everything you want to do. I also wasn't impressed by the food/restaurant choices in this area.

great access to parks and major attractions in barcelona
I visited this hotel for a quick stay and was thrilled to find it just a short walk of about 500 meters from the beautiful Park of Joan Miro, perfect for my leisurely city strolls. It's conveniently located near the Magic Fountain. While the room was small, it was clean and well-kept by friendly staff who really added to my positive experience, and as a solo traveler, I appreciated the no-fuss accommodation.

I would like to thank first all the staff of the transit hotel for their assistance and for making our stay confortable. The hotel staff are very helpful, we were able to discover all of Barcelona because of there assistance. The Hotel is very well located, which is great, public transportation is just 2 min away by foot, the area is quite and easy to access, there is everything around. The room was really good and cleaned daily, just what we needed. Thank you again for everything.

They had good air conditioner. I was very happy to know this because it was too hot in Barcelona when I visited there and many hotels in Europe dont have air conditioner and I had suffered a lot without sleepless nights. But this hotel had one and I was really happy at the first instance itself. Also, hotel was renovated recently and are new and clean. Location is very near to Sants station.
No wifi even at the public areas. So, we cannot check mails during all of our stays. The bathroom is so tiny that I wonder how they managed to put the wc and shower within 3x2 feet area. The windows dont lock properly and I was afraid if someone could easily enter the room from outside.

It's 5 minute walk from the railway station Barcelona Sants and it's very convenient.
I wish I had a refrigerator at the room or at least common kitchen. The rest is good.

Staff helpful, room clean and newly decorated, if miniscule, good location to station and metro
Bit expensive for what you get

Conveniently located just five minutes from the train station. The room offered decent cleanliness and surprisingly comfortable bedding despite its smaller size.
Rooms tend to lack soundproofing, so you might hear water running or conversations from neighboring rooms. There are issues with ventilation, and the air conditioning can be frustrating-it's on a pre-programmed timer and not very effective. The bathroom setup leaves much to be desired, with a shower head that's too large for the small cubicle, leading to a wet floor. Some convenience items like a working safe were not functional .

Location, cleanliness
The Lift is too old and too small. The hotel is renovating and they start working since 8 o'clock even if we were told that they would start at 10. The room is very small but I am fine with that. There are 4-step stairs between lift and our room, we had to carry the big luggage using this narrow stairs.
